sorry oniw17 but sam the ho is getting under my skin with her 2 tenths of 1 percent of taser victims die, bringing up 14 year olds, wheelchair victims and pregnant women. makes me want to god damn gag.

go home sam the untouchables are calling you.

Or what? You'll taser me?

Hmm you could call it "undue provocation" or in your case, "diminished responsibility" could work just as well.:D

Sam I think everyone can see, that police did the wrong thing here, however the woman needed to explain her situation and act in accordance with the law.

Sure, but isn't a trained cop expected to me more responsible? Especially toward a heavily pregnant woman?

What kind of men are these? They tasered her THREE times!!!

For a bloody speeding ticket! Why not just take a photograph as evidence?

First is: the LAW

All must abide by the LAW

What she should have done is: explain her situation
What cops should have done is: realize her situation
What she did wrong is: acted vioently, which promoted devastation of the situation.

they were responsible sam. what are you going to do if you hear the crackle of 50,00 volts, say shoot me? that's essentially what that woman did.
black has nothing to do with it. but you'll try anything.
let's see you've nmentioned:
14 year olds
wheelchair victims
pregnant women
blacks
i can only imanige what you'll drag out of your propaganda closet next.

Holding on to a steering wheel is violence?

Refusing to sign for a ticket is violence?

And tasering an eight month pregnant woman 3 times is upholding the law?

BS.

wrong. they tasered her because she refused to get out of the car sam.
being pregnant has absolutely nothing to do with it besides sensationalism.
they didn't know what she was thinking, driving away, murder?

And if they killed her baby, it would have been murder.

Maybe she had higher expectations from cops, did not think they would inflict pain on a pregnant woman for speeding.

They sure showed her, didn't they?

Darn, I forgot special ed:
In October of 2004, attorneys at Oregon Advocacy Center (OAC) learned that an eleven-year old boy was tasered in his special education classroom by police in riot gear. That report raised dual concerns that led OAC to investigate the incident.

The first of those concerns -- one that has been raised with increasing frequency in the national press -- is the appropriateness and safety of using tasers on children, some as young as five-years old.

Wonder what he did. Pick his nose and flick WMDs?

how quaint sam.
from the link:

4. J’s history and constellation of disabilities required a detailed, coordinated, and highly-crafted behavior plan to be in place and thoroughly understood by his teachers, foster parents, and administrators at his new school.

5. The school did not create a behavior plan for J

now sam who's responsible?

IT WASN'T FOR SPEEDING. IT WAS FOR RESISTING ARREST.

Ya ya the taser was for resisting arrest which was for refusing to sign a ticket which was for speeding.

Does that justify it?

Not in my opinion.

And the fact that you think it does is disgusting to me.

now sam who's responsible?

So the police came in dressed in riot gear and tasered the 11 year old kid?

And that indicates responsible behaviour on the part of the cops?

Can you even hear yourself?

wrong again sam. she was refusing to exit the vehicle.
and like i said earlier cops aren't mind readers, they had no idea if she had a gun within reach.
