More Ukrainian Events

have you seen joepistole ever take Russian side of the story? I mean I argue now not just for the sake of Russia, but I argue because im in minority here...joepistole, billvion, pjdude1219, bells...and etc.

and...Washington D.C. was Powhatan until 1646...now they are all dead.

Well, with respect to Mother Russia, I have only posted about one issue, Russia's invasion, occupation, and annexation of neighboring states (e.g. Georgia, Ukraine). If you want me to write something nice about Russia, then get Russia (i.e. Putin) to do something nice like stop invading neighboring states or restoring democracy and a free press in Russia.

And in 1646, there was NO United States or Washington D.C.

Meanwhile Ukraine army is using ballistic missiles on civilians:

Three U.S. officials told CNN on Tuesday of reports that Ukraine's government had used short-range ballistic missiles against the rebels over the previous two days.
The weapons have a range of about 50 miles (80 kilometers) and pack up to 1,000-pound (454-kilogram) warheads. If the reports are accurate, they are the most deadly missiles used in the conflict to date.

...notice how CNN hid this under huge block of text and it isnt the headline meanwhile mines next to crash site got to headlines...

I guess there is no reason to make fake satellite photos for ballistic missiles, because the "good guys" f*k up again. Oh and Putin did it. obviously.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9-8KvtfjZA#t=47

and you know why CNN showed this? Because they care for truth? Because US is free and liberty for all and american dream bull***t? nope. They showed it because those ballistic launches can be tracked easily by satellites of other countries, so faking satellite photos isnt going to work.

It seems that ethnic Ukrainians have multigenerational animosity toward ethnic Russians.
Perhaps allowing the predominately ethnic Russian south east of Ukraine to partition off and join Russia or go independent would be best in the long run?

thing is Russia does not really want the East Ukraine to become its territory. The reason for this is simple, its Ukraine and has been land where Ukranians live for centuries. Their traditions are pretty much the same and language isnt much different, but is their land. Crimea was different, it was predominantly Russian populated and its history is very rich with Russians living for centuries. As far as what to do about this all, a new government needs to be formed in Kiev which would be able to coexist with the East Ukraine peacefully. Problem right now is Kharkiv has also large Russian population and the not so long ago governor attempt at assassination proved that the people of the city know about the hazard of joining this rebel government and just do not have the power to do so.

Currently stopping the war would be hard, whoever runs out of money and resources will loose. The end to this war should be in winter, because during this time the government will run out of money and there is no gas, so no heating. Thus massive protests will start and all this farce should come to end. hopefully. The colder the winter, the more likely the war will end.

Except, your citations don't support your claims that Ukraine is using balistic missiles against civilians. Rebels (i.e. Russian fighters) are not civilians. Russians have been using missiles against Ukranian troops and civilians for some time now.

They are being forced into a civilian war by US/NATO advisors.

That's a little incorrect, what was initially suggest was to ceasefire and for Russia and Ukrainian government to sort their problems out on the diplomatic table. The problem has been is that the Rebels don't want to be diplomatic, they've been following clandestine orders which counter to any attempt of peace. This is the only reason why the US/NATO or anywhere else has become concerned.

Well the exact launch location and the target of said ballistic missiles is classified and only available to military personnel of any country monitoring said launches, any US general can tell you that. CNN wouldn't just tell you that the good guys just killed more civilians again. Obviously the bombs carefully exploded and killed all the rebels (which you fantasize as Russian fighters) and didnt touch a single civilian. So poof, no proof, hands clean.

The focus here is to prevent the alterations at the site by anyone, ukranian armies, US advisors, rebels.

To keep the flow of spice oil to Russia. It's a simple resource grab on Russia's part to maintain their connection to the Black Sea, it's the same reason they hit Georgia.

Slightly on topic:
During the Second world war Germany tried to maintain control of a piece of land on the coast of north Poland, it had German names for the towns and city for years, until after the war Russian claimed it and renamed everything.

The reason the Germans wanted it during the war was due to having not being able to build or launch any vessels from german ports due to successful bombing raids, having this other territory further away from allies but still on the coast meant they could still output sea worth vessels during the war.

I'm not suggesting Russia is attempting to re-annex the Ukraine or Georgia for that matter, however it's known they often have their military in the Black sea, there's oil fields there and pipelines going down to the Middle East. Part of their navy is in the Black Sea. I guess the problem is that if you do any tests, training or operations, anyone along the coastline either side of the Russian borders can see what they are up to.

30,000 Ukranians have thus fled to Russia, rebels are fighting for control of their land while ballistic missiles are destroying cities and phosphorous bombs explode overhead, all meanwhile a diversion with the civilian plane (by redirecting the plane into warzone and initiating the launch)...how else do you want the rebels to react to Poroshenko and his CIA advisors?

"Yes, Mr. Poroshenko, lets come and talk here and all live in peace, right after you killed thousand innocent people" ?
No, not going to happen.

Remember who initiated the Maidan project. This was done by US latest "create a revolution in weak country like Chile/Syria/Libya/Egypt/etc" project and has now gone over the edge, because CIA didnt anticipate Russia to take over Crimea so quick and mobilize forces to protect its territory in the East border with Ukraine.

I've been around for a long time and there is nothing CNN wouldn't tell if they thought it was true. Unlike you and the Russian state controlled press, CNN doesn't report things they know not to be true.

Except you have zero evidence to back up that claim. And your credibility is dubious at best.

Oh oh look here, Ukraine has old weapons and is planning to spend billions of dollars on its defense and is asking USA to sell them weapons:

Now they want our help? Ukraine military SOLD its best weapons for cash

Oh oh look what an unrelated and totally inconclusive assumption of rising US weapons manufacturers' stocks:

while Kerry preaches of peace on television, the companies are earning trillions of dollars behind the scenes on this war.

International Flights follow assigned Flight paths, they do not redirect flights over warzones, in fact if there is an immediate danger they redirect them away. The flight wasn't considered at risk because rebels versus Ukranian forces were assumed to not have access to SAM launchers or be using them. Russia's involvement escalated the available weaponry beyond the risk analysis of Airline companies. (If it had just been a bunch of rebels with RPG's they never would of been able to hit the craft at the planes altitude.)

Well we can trust you, who turns on television and watches everything in it. Or we can trust Emmy Winning, a former CNN employee who came clean and said that CNN is paid by US government on "certain" issues to show its side of a coin.

Look the investigation is going to determine who launched that missile, as to playing the blame/guess game, no one can do it better than Psaki.

You have a habit of reading things wrong don't you?

Consider this, the Ukranian government recently ousted their previous Pro-Russian leader amidst scandals of corruption. That's the "leader" that made sure they sold tanks and didn't stock any themselves, a pro-russian supporter that likely had made a deal with the Kremlin that in any time of need they would be there to support the regime thereby reducing the need of requiring a fully kitted military. (In some respect's it can be seen as a tactic to keep a countries military weak compared to that of the "supporting" country or in the case of the corrupt, a great way of taking even more money from the coffers to spend on... cars, palaces and other crap.)

The current Ukrainian government asking for aid just realise how much of a shortfall they have in their own protection. Obviously you assume this is all coordinated by the west, but it was actually all down to that Pro-Russian corrupt politician and whatever deals he made to keep him in bling.

The Missile was Rebel launched, with the equipment supplied by Russia. It's true that Russia might have taken back the SAM launcher since the mistake, but it happened non the less.

There is no blame game when the trajectory is clear in regards to what direction the aircraft was heading and who would of been concerned that it was another spy-craft (Remember America a few years ago had a downed AWACS in Chinese territory which created a whole bunch of political tension when they wanted to destroy what was onboard but the chinese didn't want to let them.)
