Fascist rule is the one enforced now in Kiev by US inserted politicians. So far more than 1,000 civilians dead on the count by UN. True Crimea was part of Ukraine for brief moment of time, but the history of that land has always been part of Russian history and Russian territory and so are the people living in Crimea do not want to live under fascists in Kiev. As far as Donetsk and Lugansk, that is Ukranian land. The people there do not want to be under Kiev authority. Russia does not want Donbass region, it recognizes it as part of Ukraine, but not under the current illegitimately inserted Mandan government.

Except none of that craps is true. Crimea was Turkish until 1783. And Crimea has been Ukranian land for more than a half century and Russia has signed treaties recognizing Crimea as Ukrainian land. Further the only country which fits the classical definition of fascism is Russia.
