This thing about people having a right to live looks good on paper but I think the argument is misplaced. There are tons of people ALREADY LIVING (meaning that they have: developed into conscious beings; consumed valuable resources; caused people to love them and care for their well-being) who die unnecessarily every single day. Shouldn't we focus on that problem before we insist on bringing the maximum number of people into this twisted civilization?

Also, why do you think an innocent should be forced into the role of visceral_instinct's child? If I was raised by VI and found out that you had prevented my abortion, I'd smack you into another dimension. Should we torture death row inmates because "hey, at least we're not killing them"? My point is this: if a person wants to have an abortion, they aren't going to love their child and I don't think you have the authority to put the parent, never mind the child, through that.

I can understand forcing women to keep their children alive if there was a shortage of people on earth and we were facing extinction. That's not the case.
