i clicked on the site and was trying to find out if they let you go out there and help in person. i cant seem to find anything saying how to fly out and help them only where to donate your money. how do i find where to go there myself to help?
i cant give no money because im donating to save the tigers at the moment and i dont spread my funds. one at a time is my rule. but i will gladly go out there for a few weeks and help dig some shit for them, and teach them how to boil unsafe water to drink.

Apparently not, people would rather spend on cars, boats and the like, even knowing that children are starving in the world.
im sure god can take a joke, he is a good sport. how can i fix it then? and fix what exactly?

my muslim friends told me that there family have to give up to 1/3 of their wealth to poor muslims and people who have nothing.

well, we all know that the world is always in distress but there are main issues that i wish would be solved. like wars and stuffs like that...i don't know what particular conflict of countries was solved but one afternoon after the mass, i just heard that there would be no more war for those countries. can't remember the name of the countries though

I don't understand. We were talking about praying to God for action, or, as sandy put it, "favor." You then directly replied by mentioning zakat.
Was that reply not supposed to be about direct action/favor from God?
Thats ridiculous or they probably have a lot of gold, stock or real estate. Zakat is a very small sum (relatively) and is only ONE of the ways by which Muslims contribute to the community. Its an individual form of welfare, so it cannot be high.
Fix you knowing Him and Him knowing you.

Many people give away plenty of money to charity. You have to fix people's hearts before you can fix their problems. Otherwise throwing money at them fixes nothing. Just temporary distraction...
