They have been free of israeli occupation since 2005 and what did they do, start launching rockets like crazy, like they were saying "please come back israel we need you to occupy us!" what makes me sick is israel answering their wishes.
They were never free of Israeli occupation. The prison guards left the cell block. They did not free the prisoners.
That like saying Liechtenstein is never free of germany. Gaza could have made them selves a functional free state, but instead they did things like ripped up their sewer lines to make rockets out for the pipes to strike at israel, their need for revenge has clouded all reasons for living.

The prisoners showed that they could not be trusted, Hamas went right back to trying to shank the Guards, and anyone who crossed Hamas, Hamas has killed more of it's own than Israel has.
