I know exactly what I am talking about. I am not making it up. If I had you here in front of me, I could spend an hour with you and prove it incontrovertible. As we can only speak to each other thru the words of the internet, I am limited in what I can do. I am forced to rely on the politeness and the intelligence of the individuals I meet in order to have a worthwhile discussion that answers the questions.
In my experience, every single place I go to has a group of abusive bullying individuals. They know everything. Anyone that says different is set upon by the bullies and beaten up. If the person is strong and beats up the bullies, as I am, then the bullies begin to cry until the mod bans the bad man who is stomping them.
These bullies, with their abusive behavior, drive away the intelligent people who want to discuss. When there are 5 bullies beating someone up in a thread, it scares them so they run away and hide. I have had people private message me at other forums, saying they wanted to participate in the discussion, but they were afraid if they did, the bullies would target them next.
That is what most discussion on the internet is these days. It didn't use to be like that. About 5 years ago, people were still mostly friendly and mostly intelligent and talkative. If they disagreed with you, they gave you a chance to convince them.
Something happened. I don't know what. Now, if you say something disagreeable, you will be banned or attacked within hours. No matter where you go on the internet, there are bullies controlling the forums and censoring what is said.
It has gotten so bad that, the other day, I got banned from a forums without a word from anyone. I posted a message. I went back to reply and discovered I was banned. I didn't understand so I re registered and I said "I was banned and I do not understand why. No one warned me or talked to me. What is wrong?"
You now what the reply was? There was none. They banned that account to.
Then I went back again. I said "What is wrong with you people? I am a stranger. Your forums say strangers welcome. I have been banned twice and no one will tell my why or what is going on.". This time they not only banned the account, they went back and deleted every single one of the posts I made.
Can you imagine? Adults acting like that? I felt like I must have stumbled into a biker bar or something with that kind of rude behavior.
It seems like the internet is ruined for worthwhile discussion. I have a theory. I think that the internet was being used for political purposes by small people. The corporations and parties control all public discussion. Suddenly, with the internet, anyone can get people to listen. When little people start exposing the lies of governemnt that is trouble.
I think the government sent people out to the internet to destroy any kind of political discussion. I think that there way of doing this was to be impossible. Call people liars. Call them names. Harass them. Question their credibility. Accuse them of being child molesters. All kinds of disgusting and vile things. It worked. They destroy most political discussions critical of government.
But along the way, all the lemmings were watching the government operatives. The lemmings learned all about how to destroy a discussion by calling names, harassing people and calling them child molesters. Being simple lemmings, instead of holding these big guns back for an important reason, like stopping discussion critical of government, the lemmings use it any time they get angry.
I have gone to forums, posted a comment or two, and had a total stranger say "You are a child molester". Now that I think about it, two of those lemmings I describe inhabit these forums. Leopold has said I am a nazi and a child something or other. Both favorites of the government agents and the lemmings who copied their methods. Godless also said something about me and children.
Public discussion is a joke really. It only takes one lemming or retard to make things so uncomfortable that regular people will leave, or refuse to participate because it attracts the attention of the retard. Governments count on that. I have been to a few public meetings where one person destroyed the entire meeting by being obnoxious. The people were obvious government agents sent to the meeting to disrupt it.
