Israel, Palestine and the Arab/Israel Conflict

Hey BUffallo, yes the palestinians should stop the violence, however the israelis have other forms of getting at the palestinians for example through control of the borders and economics.

Zakariya, may I call you friend, yes I found you posting on the Whaab sect, and Soud Family, and I totally agree with you, the paranoia associated with blowing up bulldozeing, or other wise destorying Great Historical sights is indeed true maddness! And I beleave this paranoia is the cause of much of the trouble in the world today, in Christanity we went through this in the Middel Ages, and finally had a reformation that mostly end this paranoia, we still occasionally have one or two small problem, but that is individuals, and they are taken care of with the Law's of my country. Salam

Yes the Israelis, have other forms of retaliation, but again if the Palestinans stop the bombing, and the Israeli continue to use these other forms of retaliation, we then know who is the true aggresor, and as you say the leadership has their own agenda, be it Israeli or Palistinan? Salam

Yes islam does need a reformation Buffalo, i actually said this a few pages back but got confused with a renasiance.

It is these types of people ie whabbis that are causing so much shit.

With these posts, i am slightly getting confused as the same arguments are happening on 3 different threads at the moment.
With regards to the Middle east, it wont get better i am afarid, espicially with this unilateral plan Kadmia are going on about, which is winding up the palestinians, along with the "WALL" the suicide bombings and BIAS EDUCATION FROM BOTH SIDES. I'm afarid there is no way through!!!

One of the only good thing the fuckwits in charge of Saudi have come out with is total peace for land. why don't the israelis accept that?

if they accepted land for peace and the palestinians still fucked it up, then we will all know

With the reformation we have to rememnber that Christianity was born some 600 years before the times of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), so perhaps we have another 200 years to wait!!!!

Its funny really as i can not say islam started 600 years after Jesus as Jesus (PBUH)was a Muslim!!

Dont worry Jesus will be back to save the day

No Zakariya, Mohamid PBUH, was a christian, he is following the teaching of Jesus, and yes he Jesus, PBUH, will be back to seperate the goats from the sheep, and I beleave that many who claim the title of enlighten one will have a problem when He hold the judgement.

I don't think Jesus could be said to be muslim, as he was in diametrical opposition to islamic views on jurisprudence.

Buffalo, this is interesting, i have never heard anyone say that Muhammed (PBUH) was a christian. He of course did follow what jesus taught but like Jesus tweaked it to accomadate the times, perhaps we should be looking at doing this today

Now geoff and Buffallo, Jesus was a muslim and he followed islam as a religion becuase to be a muslim is to submit to the will of GOD. And please do not tell me that Jesus did not follow the will of God cos he did.

In fact all the prophets were islamic cos they all submitted to the will of GOD, so it absolutely baffales me that there is all this bickering, but we all know why that is, it is because of individually seeking money and power.

Hey Buffalo, did you know that the term christian was first used by the enemies of Christ to identify the follows of Christ, and on another thing, if Jesus came down to earth tomorrow, and you called him a christian he would not know what you meant by that but if you called him a muslim then he would know what your talking about

Yes Zakariya, I did, And yes I beleave if I met him and called him a christian he would know what I meant, he after all had perfect knowledge. Salam

And no one knows the true name of God, the God of many names. PBHN
So, I've been busy. Cry me a river.

And what are the little people going on about in my name, this time?

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to appreciate why I keep an unlisted phone number.

I love that there are many minds advanced enough to see that there is no correct religion, and that no one really knows what religion (if ANY) is correct! (except of course for the Muslims, Mormons, Jews and of course Scientologists, they all know that only THIER religion is correct ahhhahahahahaa)

As in the worn-out nature vs. nurture argument, this dialogue periodically attracts the opinions of some who are unwilling to accept duplicating and overlapping causality. Genetics and environment each have profound implications on who we become as individuals. Without engineering, we can't escape our genetic fates.

Politics and power-struggles similarly pervade organized religion, and should never seriously be considered separately. If everyone on the planet somehow instantly exchanged supernatural beliefs and non-beliefs, while all other circumstances remained unchanged and unexchanged, present conflicts would not be likely to appreciably change.

Misery is highly prone to triggering desperation in any group of humans. Enraged populations will predictably (in small proportion) lash out. That's why it's as ignorant to lay the blame for reactionism and terrorism on a particular religion, as it is to say that homosexuality is a communicable social disease.
