I don't know why I need a comb to watch tv. Never mind.

Fine. When you do me the courtesy of reading my post instead of repeating the same incorrect arguments over again, then we can continue the conversation. Until then, I'll ignore whatever you say to me. Tit for tat.

Do you understand what a prima facie legal case is?

Look it up.

I'm not going to go sift through 30 pages to find one post which you wrote. But I'll ask this...what is law if no one listens to the person who wrote it? I could write a law which says "James R must do 5 pushups every time he walks through a door". It's not a law because you don't acknowledge it...even if 500 people do. But because no one will enforce it...it's not a law, it's nothing. International law is nothing, because Israel didn't agree to follow it, and no one agreed to enforce it. It's essentially some organization in the UN which decided what "law" was and then expected to follow it...as if the UN mattered.

Again I repeat:

There are no evidence, what so ever to refute. All I saw are opinions based on what you READ. You need to base does on something. What are they based on? where are the reports?

An entire ship for 2 boxes and a wheel chair?
Note the photographer's name. A little (about 2 seconds worth is all you need) research and...

Ayman Mohyeldin (born May 1, 1979) is an Arab American journalist based in the Middle East and is the Gaza Correspondent for the English language channel Al-Jazeera.

[sarcasm]This guy obviously isn't biased at all. Gaza Correspondent for the English Al-Jazeera. Born in Cairo, Egypt.[/sarcasm]

It also notes he was the first journalist to report that the border between Egypt and Gaza is now a vital route into Gaza for medicine, food and fuel supplies. Why did they need the flotilla to go directly to Gaza if they knew there was a naval blockade? Why not just bring it to Egypt, then truck it in the safe way?

Hmmmmmm...

And again, what are your evidence? a link from the guardian? where are the military reports?

So let me get this straight your disputing the claim that the ships were out 70 miles because I'm pretty sure everyone has agreed that where it took place?

Fine. Then we have nothing to discuss. Like I said.

You can't find any sources?

Here's just one, picked at random from the first 5 results on google following a simple search:

source said:
The details remain unclear, but the basic facts are that the ship was boarded by Israeli forces in international waters.

You should be able to find many more without my help.

Over to you - again.

Some breakthrough:

List of detainees by country. Excluding those killed and seriously wounded. Israel has yet to release the names of those killed or wounded which must be hard for the families of all

One hundred and twenty of the nearly 700 passengers were transferred Tuesday evening to the border crossing with Jordan, from where they will be returned to their home countries.

The Interior Ministry said 682 activists were ordered deported, and that 45 left on Tuesday, while others were jailed as they challenged the orders, or in hospital being treated for injuries.

Israel gave the following breakdown of countries and numbers of those activists ordered expelled, excluding the nine killed and the seriously wounded in Monday's raid:

Australia 3; Azerbaijan 2; Italy 6; Indonesia 12; Ireland 9; Algeria 28; United States 11; Bulgaria 2; Bosnia 1; Bahrain 4; Belgium 5; Germany 11; South Africa 1; Holland 2; United Kingdom 31; Greece 38; Jordan 30; Kuwait 15; Lebanon 3; Mauritania 3; Malaysia 11; Egypt 3; Macedonia 3; Morocco 7; Norway 3; New Zealand 1; Syria 3; Serbia 1; Oman 1; Pakistan 3; Czech Republic 4; France 9; Kosovo 1; Canada 1; Sweden 11; Turkey 380; Yemen 4.

No. Spock has been very careful not to express a point of view on this.

He prefers to play stupid.

A link to an article is not a proof. Every newspaper can write what they want.

I want a REAL document nto something based on an unknown source.

what breakthrough? We said we will do that before their departure.

Find what? My previous post to you? Yeah, I can find it. So can you, if you try. It's not hard.

So why is it you pretend to be principled and objective on the matter? You're not exhibiting much more than a smug attitude towards others as they fail to fulfill your shifting views of substantiation. I could prevent you from scoring a basket if I had the goal on my back too.

The breakthrough is that they are releasing the people they kidnapped in international waters.

That's a shame, they should have held them all indefinitely and made threatening videos about it. They could have then sent those videos to their family in order to achieve political motives. Unfortunately they're not the people they're holding.

Well certainly the videos don't show these people as helpless humanitarians that had kept their vow for pacifism. but all in all Israel needs to leave Gaza alone, pretend Gaza is dead to them, Gaza can have trade with who ever they want, certainly not Egypt as Egypt is also part of the blockade, but Egypt should also pretend Gaza is dead to them. Let Gaza prosper or fall by its own devices and if rockets are launched just return fire with artillery. But Israel are to radicalized now to turn back, and I figure the Palestinians are as well, in the long run total genocide will be Israel only option and they will at that time by some cruel irony gleefully precede as the Nazis they have become.

The breakthrough is that they are releasing the people they kidnapped in international waters.

We said we would that i.e. we arned them. where is the breakthrough here?

If it wasnt Israel in question no one would care anyway.
