Worse case? Those are regular naked men we see walking around in India. They don't care about wearing clothes and no one gives them a second look.

I'd say it depends on what nudity means to you; is it a natural state or not? If you were to see an injured nude woman, what would concern you more? Her injury or the fact that she was nude?
