Believing in god IS religion. There is the Islamic religion, the Christian religion, etc. Essentially, you could call it the Islamic belief in god, the Christian belief in god. etc.

no Q, with religion there are associated doctrines, rituals, ceremonies, dress codes, yada, yada, yada...with god, there are not. god is a thing, and that thing is definitely not a religion. i believe in god like i believe in my dad. if i believe in my dad is that a religion too? do you believe in your dad?

When Jesus was concieved?

The term "Immaculate Conception" is OFTEN defined as Mary was Immaculate (perfect) but if you heard the term, how would you define

Immaculate Conception. No wiki stuff, just answer what the term means to you.

be fair

Really, there are exact answers to certain questions, and if some people assert anything different then they are just plain wrong.

"The Immaculate Conception" has a very particular theological definition. It refers to Mary being born of purity... not Jesus. The issue was the Purity of Mary... that She was pure enough to be worthy to be Mother of God.

The Story is not from the Bible but can be found in some non-canonical Scriptures -- the Gospel of James. The gist of the Story is that Anne gave Virgin birth to Mary.

Nowadays people think everything refers to Jesus. Ever since the Protestant Rebellion, what they call the 'Reformation', the focus has been almost entirely on Jesus. But at the height of Catholic Civilization, Mary had been the focus of the Church. Mary was seen as the Dispenser of Grace. Jesus had been the First Infant... the first Recepient of the Mother's Love. The Church identified with Jesus, as a First Brother.

and if my kids plant a grove of trees, and a whole host of birds, critters and life is 'created' by the gift, then i am the father of the GOD OF THAT GROVE who created it, by choice

So if the people who harness the cannon 'created' the IM story but that book you referencing is not cannon; then what you supporting (that creating entity (cannon bound church), don't even observe what you using)

Nowadays people think everything refers to Jesus.
many have beliefs and why the subject matter (thread) and why the inquiry

just because you read your opinion somewhere, don't mean that is what people believe (that is my point)

Ever since the Protestant Rebellion, what they call the 'Reformation', the focus has been almost entirely on Jesus.
you men since nicene creed (constantine)

which is well before the protesting (about the church and its biased control)

But at the height of Catholic Civilization, Mary had been the focus of the Church. Mary was seen as the Dispenser of Grace.
sure didn't help jesus, did it?

Jesus had been the First Infant... the first Recepient of the Mother's Love. The Church identified with Jesus, as a First Brother.

What?

you said

The issue was the Purity of Mary... that She was pure enough to be worthy to be Mother of God
