He helped rush the patient to the operation room, keep him down along the way, the screaming and their rush drew a lot of attention and people quickly stepped out of the way. They rushed in the operation room, the surgeon was surprised, before he could say anything Shogun cut him off,
"This man needs medical assistance immediatly!"
He surgeon looked at Shogun's flight suit and asked,
"Who the hell are you?"
"I will explain later, this man have a piece sharpnel 3mm by 1mm just above his lower Femoral artery, cutting circulation from the upper Femoral artery and casuing growing internal bleeding," Shogun said urgently,
"How the hell do you know that?" the surgeon inquired,
"Again I will explain later, this man can't be administered chemical annesthetics and painkillers, do you have biological annesthetics?"
"No, we ran out," a nurse said,
"Okay, I will use accupuncture, in theory it should work, trust me,"
"What?!"
"Yeah, that's our only option beside hitting lights out and beating him to a pulp, just trust me," Shogun said,
"Okay, okay," he surgeon said in submission,
"I will guide you through the procedure, you must trust me fully,"
"Gotcha,"
"Get me needles,"
A nurse went and fetched 'em for Shogun, he turned on his Geass and injected the needles precisly, he then tested the effectiveness by jabbing extremely painful pressure points, he smiled and said,
"It worked,"
Shogun put on his helmet and said,
"Let's begin,"
Shogun guided them through the entire procedure, of course they had scanners, but the surgeons soon found out that Shogun's Geass was a lot more precise and reliable. After the operation he was totally beat, from Geass usage, the surgeons were beat as well, they forced a smile and slap Shogun on the back,
"Good work buddy,"
Shogun returned the smile and said,
"Thanks, you too,"
They put the patient in intensive care after the procedure, and he would live a healthy life. Shogun knew the surgeons were going to ask for his explination,
"Listen....I will explain everything in a while, I need to get some rest,"
The lead surgeon smiled and said,
"Yeah, looking forward to that,"
Shogun went outside and sat down in a bench, he took off his helmet with his blood soaked gloves. He didn't care, hell his entire suit was bloody. He saved someone's life and that was enough for him. He took off his bloody gloves and ran his hand through his sweaty hair, god it was exhausting, even for an ESSCPA Super Soldier like him, Geass really takes a lot out of you, the shear cognitive power, physical strength, concentration and stamina required for his Geass to even turn on will be extremely damaging or even fatal to a normal being. He smiled, self-content at what he had done and remembering the slap on the back and encouragment given by the surgeons, he really felt he belonged. A familiar female voice, a voice that he could definitely recognize anywhere and somewhat resembled his own yelled,
"Shogun!"
He looked up and smiled, it was his twin sister,
"Hey,"
She went up and hugged him, he turned the hug. He knew she didn't mind his flight suit being blood-stained, hell they are twins, they didn't give a rat's ass about it.
