"Huh, that's weird" Adder said

"What?" I asked "I'm eating my cereal, can it wait till later."

"It appears that several of the colonies have been facing explosions and problems." he said

"Was it us?" Cade said

"No, check out the list, way too far away." Adder said handing the newspaper over to Cade and he glanced over it

"Take a look." Cade said handing it to me

I read down the thing, and then I saw the list... And then memories surged forwards and I felt like someone was driving a nail through my skull, I yelled in pain. Then I had some sort of vision.

"Zero, we attack these planets", "Theyre enemy fortresses"

And then it all went black.

"Sutori! wkae up!" I heard someone say

"Kent?" I said, I managed to open my eyes and saw lights flying past, the lights on the ceiling. "What's going on" I said

"Hang on sutori, it'll be alright." Adder said

I had some sort of mask over my face

"Prep ICU 1" someone yelled

"What's going on" I asked

"You screamed in pain and then just collapsed" Kent said

"No I didn't" I said

"Yah you did." Adder said

"Comeon guys, Im fine." I said, I even tried to sit up and Cade pushed me back down

"What the hell?" I said, then I noticed the way they looked at me, my team, my friends.

"Im fine, I'll literally be up and out of here in twenty minutes." I said

Their looks betrayed what they were thinking.

"Alright, alright, but I promise you, I'm fine." I said

"What the hell did you do!" Jacob yelled at the doctor, he was holding him by the cuffs of his coat up against the wall.

"Jacob, it wasn't easy, we may have screwed up." the surgeon said

"We won't know until we fix it." the surgeon said

"Then go and fix it damnit!" Jacob yelled

lol, I just got banned for 6 months off of another forum, the one that's the loony bin I mentioned to you about.

Apparently they think that if you post content, any content that is not yours you deserve to be banned, even if you cite it and put it in quotations. Oh well.

He landed in the hospital, the Chief of Police, the Minister of Justice, the Sector Governor, amongst many other dignitaries arrived almost immediatly after his VF touched down, he was always amazed at the speed at which the bureacracts flocked to superiors. He opened the cockpit of his MS, normally he would just jump out from the cockpit, but this time he climbed down using the retracable grapple. The moment his feet touched the ground the bureautracts knelt down,

"Your highness!"

He then said,

"All rise!"

"Thank you, your highness,"

He then said,

"Now if you would excuse me," he walked, the bueaucrats followed, he then turned around and said, "you know, it is not good for the patients to have a crowd,"

They then all dispersed, Shogun smiled to himself and walked inside.

Here is the link to the Mechwarrior living legends website, just go to downloads and download 0.4.0. http://www.mechlivinglegends.net/

Download it to some file you make in my documents.

Then make a file in the crysis wars folder called "Mods". Then take the file you just downloaded (should be labelled mwll which is the abbreviation for the game) and paste it into the mods folder. Go inside and right click on autoupdater and click "run as administrator" and then it will automatically patch itself to 0.4.1, repeat to get to 0.4.2 and etc all the way till 0.4.8, it should take like 10-15 minutes, patching is pretty quick, and you will be ready to go. But make sure you make a profile and multiplayer account in crysis wars before you try running mwll. Once you do that quit and go into the mwll folder and run the game, and your ready to go.

If it doesn't work or crash then make a folder in documents and call it something like "mwll dll's."

Go into your mwll folder, go into bin32 (or bin64 depending on whether your 32 bit or 64 bit), cut those dll's (there should be two in each folder) and paste them in the folder you just made. Now go to the folder called bin32wars (or it might be bin32crysiswars) or to bin64wars (or bin64crysiswars) and inside you should find 2 dll's, COPY and paste those back into the original bin32 or bin64 respectively.

The reason is because the game is made for both crysis and wars so each game has its own dll. These instructions are to switch the game from the crysis dll's to the wars dll's.

"Great, I have an idea, what if we take the combat simulators in the mech and hook em up together." I said

"Simple, last mech standing wins." I said grinning

"Lets do it." Cade said

We all headed off for the mech hangars to see if we could connect up the simulators.

Thanks! I am going to play through Warhead before the mech mod, though, just to get a feel for the game :D

kk, but trust me, the experience u gain in warhead won't prep u for the mod, the mod is in all rights a new game, the only difference is it relies on cryengine 2 to run.

Its a fun game, enjoy the nanosuit, u may find out why I originally used it for my troops.
 
He went around the hallways in his flight suit and his helmet tucked under his arm, without any of the dignitaries following him, he is just another pilot. He only had his Super Soldier brothers with him. He wanted to see for himself what the situation is, before his sister arrived. He saw a group of pilots gathering in a ward, he went over to see what was happening. There are 4 wounded on the beds, and 1 with his face covered by a white cloth, recently died. The pilots weren't the only ones in the ward, there are others as well, and other wounded and dead. He never saw anything like this in ESSCPA Special Operations Command, never, they simply haven't ever taken casulties like this. He then quitely left the ward and went outside, there were pictures of the dead displayed at each table, with friends and family mourning, he saw the casulties list, it was huge. If only he came sooner....

Basically it is a different game by runs on the same game engine?
 
the one key thing to remember is its not gundam, it is hard as living f*ck to kill a mech for a newcomer.

Luckily you get scored based on the damage you do. You get more points for the damage you do then for a kill.

Stay together with your teammates, the team that owns together stays together.

Also, its hard to learn all the weapons. but the easy way is:

srm# = unguided
mrm# =unguided
Lrm# =guided
SSRM# =guided
ATM# =super guided (extremely maneuvrable)

L= long range
M= medium
S= short
SS= streak short range
AT= advanced tactical
are missiles, easiest way to remember is because M in the abbreviation usually stands for missile

LBX = shotgun except it fires explosive tank shells, LBX2 fires 2, LBX5 fires 5, LBX10, and then the best is LBX20

AC# = autocannon, the number is the size of the shell
UAC#= ultraautocannon, much greater fire rate with slightly lower damage.

SBL = small beam laser
MBL = medium
LBL = large

PPC = particle projecter cannon (medium sniper energy weapon)

Lgauss - light gauss (heavy sniper weapon)
Gauss - heavy sniper weapon
Hgauss - ridiculous sniper weapon

mgun- machine gun, utterly worthless unless its against ba and then it is only mostly worthless

SPL small pulse laser (slightly less damage then normal beams but higher range, reload, and less heat)
MPL medium
LPL large

ER - can be appended to the name of most weapons, simply means extended range, ie, normal ppc is 600m but erppc is 900m.
C- means "clan" (one of the factions), usually has higher damage and range but also higher heat.

Then theres electronics equipment

That youll need to find out on their wiki because i dont feel like typing.
