No "evidence" there - just unsupported assertions from people with obvious stakes in the question.

So you're saying there's no evidence for much of anything.
Which is about right - the sort of courtroom/science paper standard of evidence that you're trotting out here is on the Birther level of pathological skepticism. If we seriously adhered to it, there'd be nothing for anyone to talk about. So between that and the selective application of said standard, what we have is just a cheap tactic.
Fortunately for you, there's no shortage of fools who'll bite on the supposition that they need to prove something to you.
