My country is going through intense heterosexualisation --- which involves destroying all the male-only spaces and the social sustomes that had allowed men some hidden space to give expression to their sexual need for other men, in the face of intense pressure to have sex with women. While watching an advertisement on TV which has today become the order of the day, but just five years ago would have been unthinkable --- a woman was shown aggressively caressing a male mannequins body. This is forcibly creating an environment where women can come forward and consolidate their 'invisible powers' unwittingly granted to them by the society (which although was not meant to be used in this manner) in order to put pressure on men.

Anyway, I just thought what if they started showing straight masculine men loving other men --- caressing them like that on T.V.

All hell will let loose on heterosexuality. It's fake claim to masculinity will be exposed. The extreme pressure that it had so painstakingly created on men through social masculinity --- since time immemorial will be shattered like a castle of cards.

And men will no longer be ashamed to claim their sexual need for men.

I think alot of men would be both intrigued and angry about men caressing other men on television! Probably BOTH for the same reasons, too! ;)

Giambatista, you really take everything that your society tells you at its face value.

Despite that fact that there is a lot of cultural discomfiture around male-male eroticism --- it's all superficial. Men do not get angry at male-male eroticism. Perhaps, yes, a kiss or an overtly emotional gesture may be culturally seen as belonging to 'gays' and thus culturally unacceptable for 'straights', male eroticism including nakes bodies do arouse men at large.

If 95% of men have a sexual feeling for other men, then there is no reason why they won't find it pleasurable.

The entire brouhaha about showing two men kissing on screen has been deliberately created by the media because it will go against their overt heterosexual agenda.

Otherwise your media doesn't really care for what people think, if it is 'convinced' about the appropriateness of an issue. It will show the goriest things on screen, including dead and mutilated bodies that anyone will feel like puking on at seeing.

And just in what way am I meant to see myself as 'different'? Give me a clue.
And note that I very deliberately did not extrapolate my experience onto others. I was at pains to point out I was basing my total disbelief entirely on my own situation.

As soon as you prove how my 'published' papers (I haven't even claimed that my papers are published --- I've presented papers, and that is completely a different matter altogether!) are intricately linked with the veracity of what I'm saying.

How is what I'm saying becomes a lie, even if I have not published any papers, when they are borne out by other papers, media, people's experiences etc. etc.?

If you make that link clear, I'll expose my identity if that is what you want!

That I have published books and booklets and written other materials for my group and those for others does not mean that I have to share them with you or the others.

Where have I based my arguments on my publications? Or have said that I've written papers etc. in the context of my contentions? Or have promised to present them as proofs of my contentions? How does the fact that I'm not presenting my books/ booklets make me a liar?

If you can show me one post where I have done so, I'll admit I'm a liar. Otherwise you will have to admit that you're just trying to disrupt the thread because you cannot prove me wrong. But I guess you're not man enough to do that!

How do you know what my motives were you faggot! Did I say that I'm stating that to gain credibility. My credibility comes from the fact that none of the highly qualified people on this board could prove me wrong.....of course many because they agreed with me in the first place.
