Dealing with criminal gangs

Why? I'm being serious here. There is a such thing called criminal psychology, and if we understand the criminal mind and what leads to it, we can hopefully prevent it.

It's not quantum mechanics, There are criminal gangs because of one single reason, money. People like easy tax free money and gangs get that by the bucket load. The government are a criminal gang if you have not noticed.

You get groups of young men hanging around together they are not real criminal gangs, they are what is very common in mammal predators and some prey. Males roam in groups before they settle down and form a family with a female. Ever watch the discovery channel, wildlife documentary?.

Real criminal gangs are organized with one motivating purpose, C.R.E.A.M.

Anyone mention yet that gangs are a black problem, and most of America doesn't really care about black people?

Yeah sure, I know tons of black italian mafia members don't you?. What about those Triads underneth the chinese exterior they are actualy black ofcourse.
