Sad. I just made a similar argument in another thread. :bawl:Actually, I think I mentioned this in my first post on the subject. It makes no difference whatsoever, though: the rioters are to blame for their own actions, period. Full stop.
I know. He bludgeoned baby seals. To save America. To right the wrongs.Bush didn't burn any Qurans.

No. I don't want to have to give YOU credit. :bawl:Eh. Credit, you want?
You're confusing him with the third greatest Republican..I thought he fought the giant space robots.
Sorry I should have worded it differently. It's definitely legitimate to protest against radical Islam's terroristic nature. But I just wanted to point out that one can protest against Islam or be anti-Islam without it having to do with terror specifically.
By Baby seals, do you mean Iraqis?
Keep up with the times, people. Burning the Koran is no longer the world's biggest insult to Islam:

Since they need a new name for the club, I'd suggest "Bacon" or "The Crusades".
Well I'll be a lizard's concubine!
I suppose I am not alone, when I suspect that some of these "fanatics" actually just have orgasms everytime the slightest perceived insult is made. They jizz their panties every opportunity to set the infidel straight.
I'd name it Ayisha. They'd probably stampede each other in an effort to get into the place.
First the outrage, then the bullying, then victim status, finally protected minority.I think that most fanatics are like that, though. They live to be outraged by something, make a scene and, in some cases, punish the offenders.
The problem is with the people who bend over backwards to accommodate these fanatics.
But wouldn't it lose it's appeal after it was six years old?

That's simple. Change it back to Mecca.
If you're lucky, they'll burn it down, and you collect a handsome insurance payout!

Straw: the tensions were always there, IMHO. Bush didn't burn any Qurans.
Ah, proclaiming polytheism to be wrong, even sinful, IS an action.
The tensions were always there or not, that's still your opinion only. You should mention both sides of a story in light of discussion to just not look biased.
Yes, granted, there were tensions. Yours truly magnified underlying tensions (the exact nature of which is for another thread) into a Hollywood blockbuster. He was gonna git Bin Laden dead or alive. Since then, from the US perspective, every Muslim has been typecast as a terrorist, and Islam as an evil. Which ultimately leads to idiots like Jones perfecting the art of ignorance. :m:Straw: the tensions were always there, IMHO. Bush didn't burn any Qurans.
