so whats the deal, why does god have a penis.

he is a man right? it does say this in the bible many times it refferes to him as bieng of male gender, so he must have male attributes,

Would I still be male if you cut mine off? Perhaps Anatomy is not relevant to determining whether a spiritual being is a he or a she, if there even is such a differentiation. Perhaps not only is there not such a differentiation in spiritual realms, but perhaps the differentiation between male and female isn't even relevant and refering to God as a 'he' implies no such differentiation but something else.

I sort of agree with you TrueCreation, but how does that fit into Adam being created in "the image of god"? Adam has the anatomy, and if he looks like god, doesn't god therefore also have the anatomy?
 
The concept of God being a human male exposes religion for the farce it is and it's a mystery why so many insecure folk buy it.
 
Didn't He used to make house calls? I seem to remember reading about that a few times where He actually showed up, chowed down some grub and bunked with some of his creations. Does that mean He's all human?
 
God is an exalted, immortal man. God the Father has a body of flesh and bones; so does God the Son (Jesus); however, God the Holy Spirit does not but is a spirit only.

God is male, and has all the functioning bodily equipment, including sex organs. What are sex organs for? Reproduction. Who are God's spirit children? We are.

Whose to say that this 'reflection' of sorts is physical, let alone a reflection of those attributes of humans which serve to differentiate sexes? On the other hand, the reflection may be entirely cognitive.

I've always wondered--is God an inductive thinker?

I've never seen him being referred to as male in the Bible. In my language there is no he or she, it just causes confusion.

God is perceived as male because He is the Father, and has the role of a father.

Why are you so picky about genders? I don't think about that kind of things that much, sure female and male people should have equal money for equal work. Of course! Who would say anything else??? But this "why is God a male???" thing really get's old! It is a natural disposition for us. We don't disrespect women because of it. In the end all will be equal to God, there will be made no differences by color or gender. We will be with Christ to share His rest and His glory with God.

And exactly what does it take to get god aroused? Could it be humans fucking? Maybe it's animals fucking. Or is it humans fucking animals? Does god like porno? After all, he had all his ancient humans fucking everyone in their families.

Since god has a penis, where does he pee? Does he ever get a urinary tract infection? Since god is pretty old now, I would suspect he's been having problems with his prostate. I wonder how many times he has to get up at night to pee? Can god still get it up? If so, who does god fuck? Could he be fucking Satan? If so, wouldn't that make god a homosexual?

Does god masturbate? If so, where does it go? I wonder if god's orgasms make the earth move? How big is god's penis? Is an inch like a thousand miles in god-distance?

Um... "good" post M*W, it just shows how ridiculous this is. I can't really understand what people are thinking when they're thinking that God is a male. A human being? Why then call "him" God.

Because they are insecure, Kenny; they need religion as a crutch. The story I've heard though is that angels and other heavenly types are androgenous--not that you'd know that from some of the paintings you see of angels. ;)
 
God, angels, devils and men are all of the same race, according to LDS belief. There are males and females of each category of being, since we are all brothers and sisters, children of God.
 
ive read the bible twice in jail, its a good story book, all religious books have nice morals and philosophies, its just metaphore dont take the texts to seriously like there practical fact.
