It is not about skepticism, or investigation at all. Someone tells you something (or you read something that someone wrote, or you hear something that someone said about someone else's experience) and you take it as true.

This is a very, very different debate than any objective assessment of facts or accounts.

This is an issue of faith.

No..it's called epistemology 101. The same way we know about what happened from the news, from history, from biographies, and from other people just telling us about their lives. You'd have to be a paranoid maniac to be always doubting what people tell you. Which speaks volumes about the blind skeptic.

You should review the forum rules. No flaming or insults at anytime. Accusations of dishonesty are exactly that and quite common from this troll. I've had a long history with him insulting me and even banning me. I know what I'm talking about here.

A good start would be to:
a] stop putting words in other people's mouths
b] don't make assertion that can be proven false
c] don't try to alter the definitions of words to suit your needs.
