I've actually never managed to really hate someone. It's a moment thing but it's gone as fast as it has come.

Personally, I believe that hatred is a waste of time and energy. But I wouldn't go so far as to claim that it isn't alright to hate if your reasons are justifiable enough. But I believe that a lot of people hate unnecessarily, for stupid things, as you've mentioned, racism is part of that for example.

I guess a good reason to abhor someone would be if said person destroyed your whole family, made you suffer on purpose, etc.
But yeah, I've personally never experienced hatred, so I have to admit that I probably shouldn't post in this thread. I did it anyway.
