From what I have seen and read during my short stay here so far, Oleander is a grown woman, in fact, she is a mother of at least two children (correct me if I'm wrong please).

I on the other hand, am a teenager. I have no "rampant teenage ego" to speak of, at least I don't think to, and to be honest, I'm pretty sure (for someone my age at least, being seventeen), that I'm more than capable of intelligent debate.

Also, I do not come here just to insult people, as you would have everyone believe. I come here simply to introduce myself to new ideas and such. You seem to be the one who enjoys stirring things up!

i posted this thread to test how rampant the ego were of the most prolific posters.
i wanted to see how little control they had of their own emotions and ego and pride.
i think it has served the purpose quite well.

i wanted to test to see how many could put aside their fragile child like egos and discuss the matter without feeling the need to try and be on top of some perceived power structure.
alas all have failed miserably.
i now know what type(the predominant) of person i can expect to respond to any thread i may post.

I don't think the "outcome of your choosing" was to "control" everyone into loathing/pitying you. You goal was to see what type of girlfriend people thought you should "choose", was it not? problem is there is such a vast gap between us in knowledge that we need to establish a common ground.
the question is how far are you willing to move and how much effort are you willing to make to come to some type of middle ground to meet me half way ?
