Seeing the front page like that, from 2001 (The year I joined) to 2004, is priceless. Seeing the mod positions change, from Dexter, to Pollux V, to me. Or from Oxygen to Asguard, and then to Cris and James, and then to just James and Tiassa. I've been on this forum for the longest time.

Porf, we all come here because we enjoy it. The fact that you see people posting in here and new people joining just about everyday should be a recognition of thanks to you. After all, if it weren't for this forum, I'd be out annoying my other half and he too thanks you

But with everything, there will always be criticisms and it is only through this that one can see what might need tweaking or fixed. If no one cared, you'd get no feedback at all. Sure we all whine and basically bitch about this and that and new changes usually always makes people whine more. But the pure fact that we whine is a little bit of proof that we care about this place. Our complaints and feedback does not mean that we aren't grateful for the work you've put into this place. I'd think it was just the opposite, because to get no feedback at all would mean that we weren't thankful and that we basically didn't give a shit(if that makes sense at all). Gendy was basically saying that the new changes were just that, new, in the sense that what she has always been used to is now different. And as with anything new, they take some getting used to.

I disagree Dave. Considering the amount of time we all spend here, how others pay you, and the respect you do get from us for running and creating this place, from my context, I do not see how this can be a thankless job. I also believe you lose respect for banning her for the comments she made-- comments which I believe were unwitty, stupid and as Wraith said, tactless. In any case, you can do whatever you want on this forum, as you own it. However, it is my opinion that your decision to ban her was not fully thought out, and was based solely on emotion pending from hours behind a bloody computer doing something mostly for others, and then feeling like they do not fully appreciate your work. I know that feeling. I also know, that the feeling is mostly irrational. I believe you will do the right thing and unban her, as you have had time to think.

1) quotes appear too far to the right of the box, and in some cases, some of the quoted text gets chopped off.
2) There's no box for msg title like back in the day.

I was wondering if the 'Quote message in reply' meant the first message or last message. Perhaps add 'quote first' or 'quote last' to the text next to the check box?
