When someone steal life from someone else ( murder ), he/ she has to lose her life in return, Allah Almighty gave us LIFE as Gift, no one has the right to take it from anyone without conditions set by God himself.

You are absolutely right. Also if any GOD didn't want murder to happen he could stop murder or have created man wholesome in the first instance. It is all a bunch of BS. We are on our own. There are superior GOD or GODS, ANGLES, DELVILS, EASTER BUNNIES or SANTA CLAUS.
We should kill the killers, not so much as a deterent (Since there is no evidence that it acts as a deterent) but to insure they do not continue to kill.
If we want a deterent we have to use "Shock & Awe". Take a large diameter plexiglass tube, mount several lawn mowers upside down in the bottom, put a winch in the top and in the public square with this oversized blender, slowly lower these bastards into the blender. Let their ozzing mass flow into the streets where, dogs, cats and flies benefit from their short existance. Maybe just maybe some would think twice about not attacking others.
