Have a watch of an example of world opinion regarding Trump.

I tried out the slogan, without the video, on a couple of Trump voters I know - the "America First // The Netherlands Second". I told them it was on a media board in the Netherlands, posted by locals, and had become popular in the Netherlands.

They didn't get it.

I believe that most CNN broadcasts are edited to closer match their political leanings than the truth.

For the past year and a half now they have been most often edited to be more favorable to Republicans, such as Trump, than Democrats.

That's what we are dealing with here. For decades now the American right wing can and does make up its own "alternative facts". Over the course of decades folks like Karen have been taught by right wing entertainers to only believe what they tell them. They have been carefully taught to discount and ignore information from any other source. That's why they don't believe scientists or any fact which is inconsistent with what they have been told by right wing sources. And that makes a difference? You think Fox doesn't edit interviews? Fox goes even further by scripting interviews. CNN doesn't do that. Editing prerecorded tapes to fit time slots is not uncommon. But that doesn't mean or imply bias. Two, you are looking at CNN and everything else through some very biased lenses.

The US is dumb-downed. (Best evidence is our newly elected president.) The US is at the bottom of all educational studies done on 1st world countries. The only way the US remains on top of scientific creativeness/engineering is that we brain-drain other countries. Other countries' finest minds come here to study, work, and reap the benefits. They often use the work visa H-1B to come here. This visa can be used because US companies cannot find enough educated/qualified Americans to fill needed positions. 37% of workers in silicon valley are foreigners. But I've read that this can't last forever since the standard of living in these other countries is rising such that their very smart and well-educated folks are now staying in their home countries.

The "real" Americans (in the red states) are too busy watching American football (yuck!), watching NASCAR (another yuck!), drinking Budweiser (two yucks!), riding in their pickup trucks, and getting high on opiates.

I have to disagree. The drug of choice for the red states (other than beer) is meth.

I think Cruz is still licking his wounds. He got burned pretty badly, and he isn't popular within his own party. He's the Trump 2.0. He's an outcast within his own party. He has pissed off many of his Republican colleagues. Trump's got bigger problems within his own party. He has Graham, McCain, Portman, and others to worry about who have already split with him on his executive order and will probably split with him on Russia.

I'll ask you again, you don't think Fox edits prerecorded tapes? They all do to meet time requirements as you previously stated. But that doesn't mean they are biased or the editing is unfair. You biases are based on your emotions. They aren't based on facts. The fact you cannot recognize that screams of your biases.
