what i lack in sleep i make up for in insanity
biking helps the planet
its very good
more biking promotes more fitness which reduces carbon footprints for health ecology damage via machinery and mining medications and oil use for hospitals and transport.
it also promotes green spaces because people don't want to bike in concrete boxes
i should try and get some more sleep but my brain is still partially switched in the on position
