The God of Capitalism

Education...?
Where people kill each other at school...
Freedom....?
Social Justice...??????

Hey Nelson, here's a novel thought:

Quit whining about how evil the US is and focus on your own country.

There are about 300.000.000 people in US. Let's say (hypothetically...) that 90% is rich...

But there are 2.000.000.000 people in China. And let's say... 20% is rich...

You see...? The poor people that you don't see and should be in the US is spread all over the third world... That's how it works...

Since when was China's poverty our fault? :bugeye:
90% of Americans, rich? :bugeye:
I think you are allowing your hatred of the US to affect your judgment. :bugeye:

Doesn't the USA have about 20 or 30 million homeless people?

<i>"90% of Americans, rich?"</i>

I would hazard a guess that most Americans would appear rich when compared to the wealth of an average Chink. Also, I feel that we are not responsible for the poverty in this world, but we will be among the first to exploit it--in the name of humanity, of course.

Cris,

Or IOW who is in control, the consumer or the producer?

Producer...

Xev,

Quit whining about how evil the US is and focus on your own country.

US is not evil. Evil are... for example... owners of a cigarrete industry.

Besides that... all those things are natural conditions for the actual functioning of the capitalist system...

Quit whining about how evil the US is and focus on your own country.

I usually look to both...

Since when was China's poverty our fault?

It's just a natural condition of the capitalism...

90% of Americans, rich?

Compared to what's usually rich in third world countries... yes.

I think you are allowing your hatred of the US to affect your judgment.

I don't hate the US. I just really don't agree with It...

Adam,

Doesn't the USA have about 20 or 30 million homeless people?

Yes... but compare the population of the US and third world countries and the number of homeless in both... it's a huge gap...

Question:

Hey people!
Why do you think people in the third world don't want globalization?
Answer:
Because it will make the gap between rich and poor much bigger.

Love,
Nelson
