Sexual Discrimination and Violence: Changing women's attitudes

When is Western society going to institute some sort of social program to teach women as a collective that it is not OK to go hitting men when they are pissed off?

Who's victory, draqon? Please enlighten me, as I am clueless....

We've been through this before. It's not ok to hit anyone regardless of gender. How many times do you want us to yell that out before you will feel better? Go take some narcotic or something and get over it.

Women don't seem to think that way, nor do some men. Apparently sometimes a male 'deserves' to be hit by a female.

So, what are we going to do to change womens' attitude regarding this?

look i agree with you, the domestic vilonce campaine pissed me off to because it was sexually discriminating. I also agree that more resorces need to be put into victom surport for men rather than just women, this is especially true for sexual assult services of which there are none. Mens health in general needs more resorces.

But this campaine of yours to say that all women are evil is moronic

I don't think that it's sexist or petty to point out the fact that the vast majority of all domestic violence cases are man-on-woman and recognize that society, in general, has an interest in reducing that number.

As for Draq's comments: it's to be expected. He's demonstrated bloated ego and mountainous insecurity here and I'm willing to bet that a good chunk of it stems from the opposite sex. Would that we were in times when he could just club a woman on the head and declare her to be his!

i dont understand your point string. I was saying lepustimidus was being sexist and (if he is only doing this because tiassa argued the oposite), petty. I didnt say it was sexist or petty to say that the majority of cases (at the vary least reported cases, its highly probable that male on female is also larger in real terms to but thats harder to determine) of domestic volonce are men on women. We dont have acurate statstics on male victom sexual or dometic abuse because men tend not to report those sorts of crimes for various reasons

If Tiassa can generalise an entire gender, why can't I?

HE DID NOT GENERALIZE AN ENTIRE GENDER GODDAMMIT, HE POSTED A LEGITIMATE TOPIC ABOUT CHANGING ATTITUDES TO RAPE. HE DID NOWHERE DID HE SAY THAT ALL MEN WERE RAPISTS OR SOME SUCH.
