"Sure," Shogun said leaning on his fighter. He then stood straight, saluted and introduced himself,

"I am Captain Shogun Minamoto, and this is my squadron, the Yamato Squadron, from the Seiwa Genji clan"

The entire squadron saluted and introduced themselves.
 
"Sergeant Otto Von Krauler of the Wehrmacht of the Fourth Reich. Right this way." The squad began walking to the Mess Hall as the Diplomat was escorted to the Conference Hall.
 
The squadron followed the squad to the mess hall, he then said,

"Sergeant, me and my squadron is on loan to the Luftwaffe during the negotiations period, I will have to talk with the base commander afterward and the Luftwaffe commander,"
 
"The Base Commanders dead. But you can talk to the Luftwaffe Squadron Leader."

(Let's simultaneously do the negotiations)

"Now Mr.... I am sorry, we have forgotten formalities. Your name is?"
 
"Pardon me for not introducing myself," he bowed and said,"I am Masada Bushido,"

( diplomat )
 
"Sorry to hear about the commander, we are looking forward to working with the Luftwaffe," Shogun then said, "On a side note, what do you have for food around here?"

"That is good to hear, we are Japan's top rookies," Shogun then said, "I would like to try some Brautwurst if you don't mind,"

"What kind of Military Alliance?" Hans said intriuged. It was obvious he was quite curious.
 
Should we try and get Russia involved in this?

I could definitely see Russia in this situation being swayed by western powers to join the allies, they could also bring south America into a ceasefire possibly.

China and the USSR never even liked each other, actually they had a cold war of their own for longer than the US has been a world power. It would be possible to strike up something of a ceasefire between Germany and Russia, as far as Russia and Japan that may take a little longer...
 
That way I could hve my admiral join in the peace talks as a secretive sort of thing so none of the eastern power know, it'd have to be at a naval base but it would give an interesting story, us riding in on the Dimitriy, the largest sub to ever go below the waves. :p

Sure. If Russia wants to join then s be it. Where would you meet with us?
 
OOC: I dont know about join you, but I would think in this scenario Russia would want a ceasefire with Germany. I dont know about Japan, although that may be interesting a Japanese, Russian, German alliance in the future.

I was sent a message that told me that we were going to engage in a top secret diplomatic mission with Germany, and probably Japan would be there. We were to await a transmission from the German navy which would send us the coordinates and the diplomats will await at the dock for the Dimitriy.

The transmission arrived. The coordinates arrived. The location was U-Base 5.
