I slid the blade straight through the heart of the enemy mech, I pulled my foot up and pushed the mech off of it.
The mech hit the grass with a loud thud. A pile of at least a dozen other mechanical carcasses behind me.
But before me lay a lot more.
"I don't suppose you would surrender?" I asked sarcastically
I heard roars of anger over the comm, the enemy mechs drew their swords and charged. "right, stupid question." I said
I ran forwards with a sword in each hand. I jumped up and landed on the torso of a mech forcing it to crumble to the ground.
I stepped forwards and parried two of the other mechs, I sliced with one of my swords across the torso of another but it brought its shield up.
With a mere thought the edge of the sword phased out of existance, passed through the shield and phased back, just in time to slice the torso apart.
Five swords sliced towards me, i evaporated from reality, then I rematerialized back midair, inverted.
I drew my wings forwards and deployed them into the array again and fired, finishing off the rest of the mech wing. I finished the inversion and landed cleanly on my feet.
I turned back around and holstered my swords.
The holian base shot a flare into the sky, declaring surrender.
I suppose that it was a succesful mission, but regardless, they probably now have tapes of what I did, and they're HQ was certainly going to get it. Oh well, not everything in life comes your way.

Junius 7...sounds like a good idea for a reason for fighting...
He woke up, there is a shadow of a man over him...is he dead or something? It was complete bright behind the man, as if there is a powerful light shinning behind him. I can't see the man's face, it was covered in the shadows. Did they come rescue him? Probably, he did sent a distress call, the man the spoke in a deep voice?
"You don't want to die, you appear to have a reason for living,"
"Yeah, hell yeah," he replied, wonder why he won't just come and save him already, thats what he was here for right?
"You don't want it to end like this do you?"
Shogun was wondering what the hell he is talking about, of course he didn't want to die, who did?

What the hell? The blackground became white and the man's figure disappeared, leaving images to flash in his mind, images he never seen before. If he is dead then he was supposed to have his life flash before his eyes, not mysteries. He then realized it was serious, it wasn't a joke. He then heard moans and voices, and of.....they looked like zombies rising from the ground all in black and white against a white background, but not anything like it was shown in the movies. He then heard terrible screams. Is the reason he is seeing this and hearing this is because he is about to die? He then said without hesitation,
"I accept the terms of this contract,"
"Very well,"
He then blacked out.
"You don't want to die, you appear to have a reason for living,"
"Yeah, hell yeah," he replied, wonder why he won't just come and save him already, thats what he was here for right?
"You don't want it to end like this do you?"

It was supposed to be a WTF, my guy just made a Geass contract, half tricked into doing it.
I meant a terrorist attack on a peaceful civilian planet by revolutionaries for Junius 7 ( remember, the nuke? ).
He woke up, he was just released from a stasis capsule, he shook his head to wake himself up. His distress call patched through and it seems that he was unconscious when he was rescued. Then what was the dream? Was it a dream? It felt pretty real to him. It was just all bizarre. A doctor was in front of him, she smiled and said,
"How are you feeling,"
He then replied,
"It felt kinda weird, well probably because I didn't feel a damn thing,"
"I mean now,"
"Mild headache, muscle pain, nothing I can't handle," he said in a carefree tone,
"I haven't detected any abnormalities, you'll be fine," she said writing something on her datapad, "you weren't so tough when you first arrived here,"
"You try surviving in a forest world with nothing but whats on your back, then we will talk," he said, he heard his neck crack when he turned it. He did a few stretched to stretch his muscles. He then did a backflip,
"Completely healed, no wounds either, did a good job,"
"Thanks, you'll be cleared for release tomorrow," the doctor said checking something off.
"Yeah, I'll need to enjoy whats left of my leave, while I still have some, how long have I been here?"
"Five weeks and 3 days," she said in a flat tone
"What?!"
"Yeah, five weeks and three days, that reminds me, you received a letter," she fumbled in her pockets and passed it to him, it was from the Commandant of the Royal Executioners Training Academy. He hoped on the inside it wasn't what he thought it was, but it was what he dreaded...
"CADET RICO Di ROMANO, 25th Royal Training Squadron, 3rd Royal Training Group, 1st Royal Training Wing, Royal Executioner Training Air Force, Royal Executioner Training Academy, His Majesty's Royal Executioners.

Failure to comply will result in a Royal Trial and will be held at the graceful mercy of His Majesty.

Then there was the signature of the King and the Royal Seal. As with regulations, he knelt down and bowed his head with his letter over it. Everyone in the room, the only other person being the doctor followed suit.
"Your wish is my command Your Majesty!"
There goes his leave...he was stupid. He, by judgement he now questions, decided that a great way to spend his leave is to go to a rainforest world with no civilization. Landing in an escape pod and with only what he can carry on him. He did it for thrills and fun, he got the thrills part, and the fun lasted until it turned for the worse. Extreme survival is fun, until you are almost damn near killed doing it. It is still fun, until the third time you almost die and know you cannot do anything but wait for rescue.

yah but still, dude, the rebels don't do that sort of stuff. Were civilians, not radicals. Were trying to change the government, not killing our neighbors.
dude, the holians don't do royalty or any of that sort of crud, theres still a senate, but a fascist sort of dictator.

"Roger, where are the others?" I asked
My wings throttled forwards and I accelerated with great speed.
"They have all finished their targets and are returning, your the last." she said
I throttled down and landed, then drew my swords.
"Great." I said
"What's with the sarcasm?" Kim said
"Its not, look through my cam." I said
I meant the half dozen mechs with their rifles out ready to shoot me.
"Huh, well its nothing you can't handle." kim said sarcastically
"Next time its your turn." I said
I openned the comm "I don't suppose you guys will surrender?" I asked
They charged
"Right, another stupid question." I said
I ducked below the first blade and drew mine across his torso severing it from the legs. I switched into a spin and eviscerated another mech multiple times.
I danced off of that corpse and stabbed both blades into another mech. I took out the shotgun and fired it into a mech's legs, when it crumpled over I fired into the torso.
A mech fired its rifle several times only for the rounds to be absorbed by the ablative armor. I reholstered the shotgun and ran at the other mech. It pulled up its heavy machine gun and before the shots could hit I evaporated and then reappeared again, running at it but closer, it tried to line up again and I phased out again.
This time I appeared an a ledge above it, just as it saw me I did a flip, landing on the torso, and then forcing my sword through it's heart.
The last one dropped it's weapons and ran away.
"Alright, wraith, continuing with the mission." I said as I took off again in the same direction I had been going before.

You'd be surprised at history of revolutionaries and radicals that are revolutionaries, it happened in history, so I claim it can happen here. IRA and Taliban, prime examples.
When we started it, it was Black Hole Empire, implying monarchy. It is a semi-constitutional monarchy. Like the United Kingdom, but slightly stronger monarchy.
IRA and Taliban operated in their own countries. why in G-ds name would my rebels, which are operating solely to free everyone from the government's oppression attack their own neighbors?
Why does it always have to be royalty? What were we gonna call it? the holian fascism? The holian commonwealth?
We have the Terran empire don't we? I started my guys whole story line for the past 20-30 pages with the idea it was a fascism, and suddenly you want me to rewrite all of that, that's a bit unfair.

"I knew you were military and that you are a top priority, I guessed you might be special forces or someone important, but a Magistrate junior officer max, when I saw the letter envelope, I thought it might be your return letter for your application, but you....a Royal Executioner!"
"Yeah, I don't look the part?" Rico said with a blank face and a serious tone, putting the envelope in his pants. Good thing they kept it on during stasis.
"I...don't know really, you just look too young to be a Royal Executioner, and you don't have the...you know, killer look on your face, or the look of a battle-hardened soldier," she said trying to clarify what she thought was a misunderstanding, "No scars, no damage at all anywhere, you look like..."
"You checked me out while I was asleep? Well nothing I wouldn't expect, anyways, continue" Rico said laughing,
She blushed red and said,
"No, no, thats not what I meant, I didn't..." Rico looked at her in a questionable way, then she said, nervously, "alright, alright, they ordered a complete physical," Rico laughed and then said, "No matter, doctor knows best...especially when I am in cryostasis and unconscious," she then said, "Well.....you....looked like....you belong in the Music Corps, the Public Relations Corps, and...I thought you were going to be on a recruitment commercial or a recruitment poster, targeted at....a younger audience should I say?"
Rico chuckled for a while and then laughed,
"That just made my day,"
"I was serious..." she said quietly and blushing slightly, she then said, "thats why I spent the extra effort to make sure there weren't....physical signs of you surviving in a rainforest for a month and a half,"
"Thanks anyways, appreciate it, I'd never thought they'd assign a young girl to give treatment to a top priority patient," Rico said smiling,
"I am fully qualified thank you very much!" she said slightly angry,
"Relax bud, relax, see, you did it to me for being a Royal Executioner,"
"Yeah...well people have been telling me ever since medical school that pretty young girls shouldn't be doctors," she said quietly and softly,
"Take it as a compliment,"
"I guess...is that what you do?"

No, it is the Vichi Empire. Terrans are a federation that includes the Vichi Empire. You didn't say anything contradicting a constitutional monarchy, so nothing needed to be changed. It is like England. Who said there can't be royal fascism? The main reason for this being royalty is to make the connection of Shogun's Vichi royal ties and the irony of things.

Isn't the Black Hole Empire your country. Also, it is extremely rare for a group to have a monopoly over all revolutionary action. It could be another group.
