"You write down a target, you give me the money, if it's enough the target will be dead in a week, if it's not than they live. I do practice rush delivery for a fee though."
 
"Ask no questions huh?" Shogun then said, "How much is usually one target worth, and how much as me and my faction worth?"
 
"well what kind of target are we talking about? Anywhere from the hundreds of grand into millions, that governor went for two and a half million. You were 350 grand, your faction? well it depends on how big it is"
 
"I was worth less then the governor?" Shogun laughed and he said, "The governor wasn't even nobility, and his term was running out, while I am the only son of the Lord of Defense, Marquis of Junius, Head of the Vichi Clan, who is in complete control of the military ever since over two centuries ago, you got underpaid for me,"
 
"Not many people want you dead, the governor was harder to kill. Plus, he was a more public figure. Im not a wannabe assassin, I kill politicians, maybe a super high end police commissioner here and there, but mostly politicians, the more popular they are the more expensive. You were an unusual glitch in the normal pattern."
 
"Is that so? You don't go by political rank as it seems, my rank is higher then the governors, I have authority over him," Shogun then twirled his chess piece again, "I suppose I am not that popular, yet, perhaps someone that had long term views wanted me gone,"
 
"If I got paid to speculate I would do so." I said

"Now, can I have my bullet back? Those aren't easy to come by you know."
 
"I see," Shogun then said, "What do you think my answer will be for the second question?"
 
"I just would like to look at it some, never got to study what I should improve. I know what your forensics team is doing, trying to figure out just who the hell would make such a round, they won't find anything because I made it."

I sighed
 
"I am not in a hurry, neither should you, it is not like we are depriving you of anything,"
 
"So what now then? Why are you in here? What is this insatiable curiosity of yours and what is it you want to know?" I said putting my feet up.
 
"Oh? I thought you were here to read papers and sign them. But by all means, continue finding answers, this is entertaining."
