Let them with in the limitation of their understanding. Inspite of it it is florishing. Means, it has many many live evidences who are more valid.

There is also a scientifically endorssed theory justifuing low dose effect i.e. hormesis, fasting, vaccination etc.
There are also studies which shown effects, not at par to modern concentrated medicines, do not invalidate these due to their different nature and different cost, risk benefit ratio.
There are also much practical experiences.
So, in consideration of above, it can not be invalidated, therefore florishing.
In practical appearance and for all practical purposes, flat earth is more suitable. Ancient astrological calculations suggest, Our old scholars were knowing real shape of earth but did not told it to common people for not to make them so unstable to feel like standing on a foot ball.
