  • No, throw the pot head in jail, spend lots of tax money on non violent "criminals"

legalise it, make it free to MS sufferers if they want it, same with aids victims, cancer sufferers and other conditions that involve chronic pain.

But, if an individual is found to be selling marajuana on, or an individual allows or is careless enough to allow such substances to get to children, then i would penalise them - firstly a fine, a repeat offender loses and arm, and so forth.

I'd just make it completely legal for people 18+..I really don't see the difference between pot and alchohol. If that doesnt happen, then medical marajuana should be completely legal.

So I see, says the blind man. That piece of sh¡t, QuarkMoon, hasn\'t gathered the gumption to respond to Mystech\'s valiant rebuttal.

What can be said about a mongrel like QuarkMoon? What can be said about any arrogant fµck engaged in an incestuous relationship with Big Brother?

Like Christ, who died for our sins, these fµckers vicariously take a load of cum up the a§§ for us. For a few drunk statist thugs so loved the world that they sent their only bastard son, Quarkmoon, who relinquished his rectal integrity in our place.

Praise be, Quarkmoon. I\'ll smoke to that.

:m: For freedom. :m:

The Freedom to Smoke Pot, that should be in the constitution, since that document is made of HEMP!

Peace

Yes marijuana should be legal just like Amsterdam and pokemon.

If you think its this forum that is sinking, you should take a look at the holes in the side of our nation, slowly but surely George Bush and his corperate gang is inflating the american dollar to new records and beyond!!

We've gone over the cannabis debate loads of times. I say legalise it and tax it and create laws for abusing it, such as driving under the influence. Use the tax money for rehabilitation facilities.

This sounds reasonable

The worst effects of pot are social and economic: pot makes you lethargic and robs your motivation. Instead of making a valuable contribution to society our youth are spending their time playing console games and giggling over cartoons. I also think the psychological effects - paranoia and depression - are wildly underestimated.

But I still think it should be legalised, as a matter of personal freedom.

someting tat cannot be illega cannot be made legal.
vegetation is not a criminal offence. vegetation is not illegal. nor is our using of it. laws is fascist.

and what is it to be a citize contribution to society? to the military industrial complex? industrial fascism MEANSmind control. so on one hand it will 'legally' enforce the drugging of children in its schools after giving them totally bogus disease labels.and next is demonizing and imprisoning 'illegal' drug dealers and users.
it is uterlywrong, but people--many--ARE so dumbed down to be 'good citizens for society' that they quite callously and indifferently ignore the persecuting going on all round with the so-called war on drugs----SOME drugs that is!...against people mainly pople who are non white and even people who can only get relief from smoking etc cannabis for chronic illnesses

Laws is fascist? We have a law that says 'drive on the left'. Should we scrap this law in the name of freedom and allow people to drive (or cycle!) on any side of the road that takes their fancy?

No, of course not. So you agree that at least some laws are sensible and necessary.

Don't you.

does one really NEED to be told not to have a head on collision...??

as it stands, drink driving is still a major problem on roads, and to a point so is drug driving and believe it or not - driving whilst tired is also a contributory factor with regards RTA's.

lets introduce the legalisation of cannabis and the effects it has on drivers with the problems that creates AFTER we have solved the problems with drink, drugs and sleep deprivation that are problems ALREADY HERE.

the country, the police, the courts, the politicians can only do so much at once, why heap newly created problems onto our already over filled plate.
