There are no human rights under occupation. Its an occupation. Which is a violation of human rights. You don't blame the victim for defending themselves.
Do you blame the native Americans for defending themselves? Do you blame the Jews of Warsaw? The French in Vichy France? The "Patriots" of the US "independence" movement?
If not, why not?
What Occupation of Gaza?
Were are the Israeli troops today? on the Israeli side of the border, again it is Hamas who hasn't made peace, it is Hamas who is continuing to do things that restricts the flow of aid in to Gaza:

It was the Arabs who reject a peaceful solution in 1947, when they rejected U.N. Resolution 181, and went to war to destroy the Israeli nation even before it was establish.
So not only do the Israelis have the Right by U.N. 181 to their lands, they also have a right by defense and winning the war brought to them by the Arabs.
They have a right to defensible borders on the basis of UN Security Council Resolution 242, so yes the Arabs are the one who have failed to recognize the reality of fact.
Israel is established, and it will not be displaced, just as the U.S. is established and will not be displaced, no matter how often you wish to bring up:
the native Americans for defending themselves
Do you blame the Jews of Warsaw?
No comparison to the Gaza problem or the Palestinian problem, the Jews of the Ghetto were going to be murdered by the Germans no matter if they made peace or not, it wasn't even a matter of peace, or occupation, it was a matter of the Final Solution.
The French in Vichy France?
Again ,no comparison, a established country is invaded by another established country, with no provocation, and the people of that country who held title and deed, and had a constitution, defended themselves in a declared war.
And when that war was done, they did not wish to murder every last German.
The "Patriots" of the US "independence" movement?
Again, no comparison, the Patriots, established a Country, just as the Israelis did, by force of arms, and when the peace was established we were a free Country and in the end because of the peace We and the English became Allies.
Israel is by right of U.N. 181 and diplomatic recognition, a legal country, it is a country by defense of Arms from aggression by Arabs who in contravention of treaty and law, rejected U.N. Resolution 181, which would have also established a Palestinian State.
So there is no comparison at all between Hamas and The French, The "Patriots", or The Native Americans.
The Palestinians need to recognize reality, and make peace, stop all aggression towards Israel, long enough that Israel can be at peace and trust to it's safety.
The Palestinians lost, it is time for them to recognize that fact and make peace.
Every situation you named above ended in peace, and there are no more wars going on today between those in you examples.
