By saying what I did I thought he would remove your ban but I see he didn't . Welcome back anyway, 1 day wasn't to bad even though it was wrong in many ways.
I had to read Fraggle's post a few times in order to figure out what exactly he was trying to say, and then... Then I read the posts following Fraggle's. Fuck. This Duke fellow actually makes a pretty darn good troll (that is, entertaining and "clever" in a slapstick sorta way, but bound to get annoying real fast-like), but I'm not convinced that that is what he's going for...

I agree. Since I got here I've been misstreated, threatened by mods for stating my honest opinion and insulted in numerous ways! Things need to change around here!

I would suggest,
when it comes to banning certain users, the Debate Thread should be used to determine if the offence is true, or is the Mod just mad..(could temporarily restrict his privileges to 'new user' or even 'guest' till the debate is over..)
or at least send a PM to another Mod with "i wanna Ban this guy!", as a check.
either way, both parties MUST take responsibility for their own emotional state of being! (and we all know how emotional we can get)
I still think a point system properly utilized would be a great asset to the forum.
