weird i did all you said but still no go. i know i have a firewall but i disabled it. i even got a picture of it

Sorry, your going to have to try getting it through, make sure that firewall is down and check the folding@home site for help. Don't worry the game is as good as yours.

I want this to work because i think its going pretty well. it only took like 3 days to do something i had a deadline of 14 for.

Why is no-one else joining....3 people doesn't really make a solid team.

C'mon sciforums we need some help!

Wow, that was the best prize I have ever received ;)
You look alot different to what I expected....yeah I know, that sounds lame...its what everyone says.
Anyway you're the same age as me...and what a great age it is :)

But still the team sux. We have nothing with just 2 people. my friend is in a team with hundreds of people....but then again he's OBSESSED with folding. Over-clocked his computer dramatically just so he can get more points on folding. Not the best obsession to have, but I guess there could be worse.

Just wait for more members time and patience will reward us. Don't worry about it, who cares if our team is small, what is getting on a good team going to give you access to heaven when you die? I mean seriously this is nothingness if anything you computer is getting more of a kick out of this.

I joined, I hope to be working with stuff like this in a few years.. just need to finish college first.

Went ahead and joined as well. Did folding@home awhile ago but hadn't installed it since I got my new computer a couple of months ago. I tend to leave my computer on most of the time other than the ocassional reboot. So I hope my Athlon XP2400+ processor will help out a bit.

First work unit accomplished for the Sciforums team, got a decent 53 points for it, toprankerz do the math and watch out here we come!!!

Plz join people and run the console version instead of the screensaver....

Just upgraded to a Athlon 2500+ "Barton core"

The Motherboard I bought was cheap as hell (PC Chips M848LU for $46) won't let me change the multiplier or voltages but does let me change the FSB and memory timing settings. I can overclock the FSB all the way up to 200Mhz, slowly doing so haven't got unstable yet! check it out...

oops put the wrong name in on the team those 7 credits from "deamonizor" are mine

As soon as i get my new PC (2.6ghz ETA 130 hrs) i'll join as i doubt this ole dinosaur im using now would do much good it might even slow it down :D

I'd like to join, but am not sure how to register as part of the team, nor if my computer would be much help(800 mhz iBook)
