Evidence supporting atheism?

Just a quick response here... I'm thinking that words are very human, and they are symbols of concepts, which are also just human.. and maybe behind all that is a reality that cannot be "accurately described".. but which can be experienced. SO.... how is anyone to "judge" what religion is true or false, using human words and concepts..

Maybe religious dogma is more poetry than anything else?

I doubt you'd get many theists admitting that it is all symbolic and should be taken in the same manner as poetry etc. If they lived that way it could be at least understood if not condoned. The rules of religion are meant to be taken literally and they must have blind faith in them.

M*W: Well for one, it was written by man with human error. Secondly, when the original was written, it had no annotated chapters or verses. Those were included by man with human error. The original writings of the bible were astrological charts. The interpretations were rewritten to make the great signs and wonders into human beings. This is when everyone got confused. Jesus = God, the Sun. Jesus also = the Sun of God. Abraham was fictional. He ushered in the Sign of Aries. John the Baptist ushered in Aquarius. Virgo represented the Virgin Mary or maybe even Mary Magdalen. There is no god. There is no savior. Man made many errors when he wrote the bible. The only truthful, legitimate history was written by women.

where did you get your evidence to belive this?

M*W: Welcome to sciforums, chastity. Since you're new on the forum, I wanted to let you know that I have previously posted the bibliography for the books and articles that explain the subjects of my post. Basically, the cosmological references are:

1) The Christ Conspiracy: The Greatest Story Ever Sold, by Acharya S.
2) Suns of God: Krishna, Buddha and Christ Deveiled, by Acharya S.
3) Jesus Christ, Sun of God: Ancient Cosmology and Early Christian Symbolism, by David Fideler

Regarding the chaptering and versing of the bible, which was done in the late 1100s, long before the printing press was invented, the following web sites are quite informative:
