Very true, and it also means companies are spending lots of money stocking up on parts and materials before the tariffs kick in, while at the same time, those companies have to explain to their Republican employees why they won't be getting xmas bonuses this year.

Not sure how women who accused Trump of rape and sexual assault some 20/30/40 years ago--and most confided with acquaintances at the time about the assaults--would have known anything about his intentions to run for president in 2016. Can you explain your rationale here?

People who aren't idiots and who aren't selfish deluded sociopaths generally care about the welfare of those other than themselves. That Trump's idiocy and devastation may not affect you personally is kind of beside the point.
 
On the other hand, if Trump were a real statesman of moral fortitude who was accused of wrongdoing, would know and feel the guilt and shame of his actions and would stand tall and apologize to anyone affected offering sufficient reparations using his wealth and power to right the wrong. From there on in, his actions would speak louder than his words, just like Ebenezer after Xmas day.

But this is not he. Trump is a decadent pig, through and through, like Mussolini.
