Suffers of cocaine-induced mood disorders displayed a significant loss of VMAT2 immunoreactivity, this might reflect damage to striatal dopamine fibers. These neuronal changes could play a role in causing disordered mood and motivational processes in more severely addicted users."

How many of you atheists were theists before you started using cocaine? Ever wondered if your change was less to do with 'seeing the light' and more to do with you damaging the ability to do so.

Apparently, you get less faithful with age too, at least mice do.
Aging
Since VMAT2 plays significant roles in determining the intracellular compartmentalization of dopamine, a potential age-related oxidative toxin, we have assessed age-related changes in baseline- and psychostimulant-modulated locomotor activities in VMAT2 heterozygote and littermate wild-type mice animals tested at various ages. Age produced larger decreases in VMAT2 heterozygotes than in wild-type mice in locomotor activity in a novel environment and the increment in locomotor activity after test doses of 1 mg/kg amphetamine (K. Itokawa and G. R. Uhl, unpublished results). Each of these results is consistent with the idea that mice with 50% reductions in VMAT2 expression display enhanced age-related age changes. Each of these observations is in the direction of the age-related differences between young and aged wild-type mice.

Indians have been using hash for centuries and they didn't even make the list.
 
I do believe hashish has ecstatic properties that induce people to believe in God, no?

Cocaine is an opiate, but opiates do not have a quality of mild to pronounced hallucinations.
 
In other words USA has 91-96% theists and their is indeed a psycological need for god?
