Bush Approves First Military Execution In 50 Years

You're the one speaking crap. Armies wouldn't function without chain of command.

No, But he is the Commander and Chief and as such, has the power to commute the sentence, or affirm it for execution of sentence.

Could the POS appeal it to the Supreme Court or was this the end of his appealability. (I think I made that word up)

A chain of command, that you don't understand? Which you then demonstrate the failure of your understanding by posting this:
it's up to the CO to decide what "stupid orders" are
So, in your army, if you get to be a CO (which of course a brilliant military genius such as you would be promoted to immediately) you can ignore all the officers that outrank you and make up rules as you go?

When the fuck did I say that? Chain of Command. I'd have to obey my superior officers and my subordinates would have to obey me. I'd have to discipline them based on the guidelines and principles of the Army, which are by the topmost officials of the Army.

He could appeal to the Supreme Court ,you can always do that, but would they accept the appeal.

Sorry to say it isn't quite over for this slime ball, his attorneys are promising to appeal to the Supreme Court.

But is a execution date has been set and the court doesn't accept his appeal before that date, Long Drop Short Rope.

But he get the easy way out Lethal Injection, To bad.

Yes too bad. I say hang 'im. In front of everyone. As they throw shit at him:shrug:

You must be an idiot then.
What if the general tells you to shove your stupid list up your ass? Would you obey the order?

Obviously I'd get rid of it. But if he didn't, and he gave me the list and told me to discipline by it's guidelines, then I'd do it.

That's more like it.
But you wouldn't actually think about adding a few of your own rules, just for the hell of it, would you?

Because, seriously, then either you will end up shoving it, or someone else will do it for you (and then maybe shoot you as well).
OK?

I could only add more rules as long as I do not violate the original guidelines.

In one Sven Hassels book he told that once he and hes comrades where signed to execution squad. One of the command that the leading officer told (who were an asshole in their opinion) was that everyone who crossed the space between shooters and poles where the executed ones are tied is to be killed on the spot. The command was for stopping any kind outbursts when your comrades getting the bullet. Well there was some kind of a mess with one soldiers ropes and for some reason (if I remember right the officer wanted end the episode by killing the soldier with hes own handgun) the officer walked heading the poles, and yes, Hassels friends in the execution squad fired instantly...
And they knew that no harm would come to them, commands and obeying those was everything in their army(Nazi), and such was their "game" in their battalion for criminals and suchs.

Which is why those original guidelines have things like: "Officers may not include or insert rules of their own in an arbitrary manner.

Such practices are severely discouraged, since they tend to lead to breakdowns in overall discipline - why, just last week we nearly shot some idiot who thought he knew all about discipline and the chain of command, for instance.
Complete fuckwit, actually. Good thing he's got no bloody show at all of being more than a grunt."
