i see that resistance to new paradigms is maintained by those interested in the status quo.

Which greeks are you talking about, spookz? I thought the clasical greeks were descendants of peopel who came out of the north at the end of the bronze age, roughly 800/ 1000 BC.

What are you talking about? What ad homs? Your argument is that, as the ancient egyptians were not completely black, theirs was not a black civilization. Firstly, you have not defined what a black race is; secondly, the majority of ancient egyptians, including the ruling families, were African blacks; thirdly, I asserted that not all the ancient greeks were caucasoid, does that make that civilization not white? And your source is flawed as it takes a subjective stance; they also lack credibility.

Because you live in America and don't even know Chinese history, and they had one of the greatest world civilizations, in my opinion. How then do you expect to know, unless you "find out"? It is obvious you know nothing about African history when I consider your comment about "Ivory coast civilizations."

These great civilizations are few and far between.

There are? Perhaps you'd like to add to the Romans, and the British? I do not know any other civilization that was in Europe I'd consider great. The Greeks were nothing but cities with 50K+ peoples. In my opinion, they haven't been more than 6 great civilizations in the world. My list would be the Egyptians, Chinese, Romans, Incas, Brirish and Americans.

And for the record, I do not believe this to be rooted in race so much as climate. I do not argue black inferiourity, I simply do not like the prevailing academic trend of exaggerating every black achievement in past history and saying that the present is obviously the fault of racism/colonialism/capitalism .

In truth, there have been tons of civilizations (stupid word really, as the city is not above all) that have blessed the earth.

Incas, Aztecs, Babylonians, Arabs, Chinese, Japanese, Mongols, Mali, Spanish, British, Egyptians, Kushites, Romans, Americans, Russians, Greeks, Phoenicians, etc etc etc. Certainly, there had to be prehistoric human civilizations on earth too, afterall, we are not much smarter than the ancients. Interesting, incredible world, filled will amazing humans; why some still seek ignorance still mazes me.
