Wanker? Could we have a quick survey of the word's popularity in your regions? And what is used as a wanker substitute in non-wanker areas?
In New Zealand, it is the primary slang word for masturbation.

in america they have no real term for a wanker,
instead we have things that refer to wanking,
"choking the chiken"
"spannking the monkey"
"popping the porpus"

the list goes on and on.
