Milking know-how: will the female be able to milk a strange cow whilst perched on a wooden stool in a draughty barn at 5am on a freezing December morning, with only the cow's flank for warmth? Will she remember to wash the udders and the teats beforehand? Will she sit on the wrong side or squeeze too hard? Will she be prepared to be loving, gentle and patient with the cow? Will she be prepared to brush and stroke and coax and scratch and tease it? Will the cow eventually like her enough to give up its goodness?

In regard to physical selection, women have it easier than men. Women who are "unattractive" according to society's standards can and DO get laid regularly because there are always willing guys out there, whereas men who don't fit that same bill have an extremely hard time at simply getting a number.

But in my teenage realm, the girls generally go for guys who'll provide them some kind of immediate social benefit, like popularity.

Other than that, the subject's too subjective.
