Your turn will come. There will be a special edition for India: How to Enjoy Your Curry and Still Speak English
My results:
You have potential. While you're not yet a full-blown cynic, you exhibit promising talents in that direction.
You're only a second rate cynic, actually you're not cynical at all just world weary and sometimes you have a point. One thing though- laughing at children isn't nice.
Your mind is pretty open yet. This isn't a bad thing, but you may need to question things a little more. Just because someone is your friend doesn't mean they're always telling you the truth. I know it's hard to hear, but sometimes you have to press people to get them to be up front with you.
SAM!
What does that tell you? Hmmm? :scratchin:
I should ask more questions?

Curry is a British fantasy, olde wart, corrupted from kari, Tamil for spice.
Begone, ye pale philistine.
And you define realism as a construct that considers people devoid of sincerity, virtue and humanity?
I agree, you should! It's all a pack of lies anyway so if you don't ask questions you'll never know the truth about anything.
Curry is a legacy of the British Empire on which the sun never set. You just won't give credit where it's due.
So too, is the civil service which is seven years behind with the mail.
At least I've stopped you banging on about religion, ha, ha.

Talk about underlining incomprehension by making it a trademark.
bwahahahahaha
was the too cynical of me?
Divide and rule? :bugeye:
Results so far: degree of fervent atheism directly correlates to degree of cynicism.

I have just looked up kari in a Tamil dictionary. The definition given is that kari means shop, borrowed from the English cash and carry. The reason cash was not included is that nobody had any.

I understand that. It means "in BOMBAY " we call a fish a duck". Has thois anything to do with a fish becoming a duck in its next incarnation ?

We call it bombil, its the idiotic Angrez who can't tell a blaidy fish from a blaidy duck!

Or Bombay Dak from Bombay Duck!
(this should be moved to linguistics!)
Frightening, isn't it?The mountain of mainstream lies is far too great to list. Schools/Universities are places of indoctrination just as much as the churches/synagogues/temples/mosques are. The TV lies so much I can't stand to turn it on anymore. Movies are chock full of so much political and religious subliminal(and not so subliminal) propaganda that I can no longer stomach the movie theaters any more either.
Did you know that people in my country actually believe that our nation was founded by and is controlled by Christians? The level of ignorance is almost hilarious! They observe the "In God we trust" on the money and think it refers to the Christian god! Oh well, whatever helps them sleep at night.
