The Trump Presidency

The Russians and Americans are going to meddle in the political affairs of foreign nations whether you or I think it’s appropriate or not, so when they do it in a way that actually benefits a target nation, I’m not going to pretend that no good was accomplished.
They haven't, and won't.
If Vladimir Putin had his agents poison you, and he later decided to give you the antidote, would his act of offering you the cure for your ills be a bad thing?
His poisoning people and then saving them would not have accomplished any good.

Meanwhile:

Looks great: We’ve got guy (Ross) who said Cobid-19 was good for jobs, daughter-husband, guy who said Obama “should go back to Kenya” (MM), guy who said jobs “were not relevant” to $2.2 trillion bill (Munchin), guy who said country was “air tight” (Kudlow) & pro-Tariff guy. (RL).

Could Trump be about to launch his face-saving plan so he can claim later that the states didn't listen to him? I can't see many state governors wanting to see a growing death toll instead of a shrinking one.

He can say later, he thinks, when the elections arrive, that everything would have been great if they'd just listened to him.

Trump is setting up the States so he can aim his thug voters at any State government officials who cross him, while avoiding responsibility for the damage he does thereby.

He has incited packs of Trump voters to besiege Tim Walz of Mn, for example, screwing things up to no purpose except just that - chaos favors clout.

Well, almost 4 years later and we see what the Trump Administration has brought us: chaos in the streets, an economy in shambles, unemployment rates not seen since the Great Depression, rampant public corruption, and a plague runs amok killing more than 100,000 Americans in just a few months. What do we have to lose? Well, I think we found out the hard way what we had to lose. The sad part is the losing isn't over. Even if Herr Trump loses the fall election, the losing will not be over. It will be with us for decades to come.

No, the chaos in the streets is Democrat majors and governors refusing to keep the peace. The economy is a short-lived dip due to natural disaster, not an ongoing systemic recession. Unemployment rates that where previously at historical highs, especially for minorities, and will be why unemployment will recover. Largely Democrat public corruption. And an epidemic that has basically run the same course, regardless of mediating measures (except where they did more harm than good...all promoted by Democrats). What an outlook. To pin all your hopes on America failing.

I would think that any reasonable observer would conclude that Trump is attempting to inspire armed revolution in the USA. Repeatedly calling upon alt right white supremacist to support his presidency including the election by way of intimidation and not competency.
He knows that the law enforcement and para military in many states are thoroughly compromised with extremists and plays that card constantly.
Inciting revolution to support his narcissism is straight out of Putin's play book.

These are very dangerous times for the USA and you have people like Vociferous to blame.

The biggest problem Trump has is that most of his redneck supporters would do a better job at leading the nation than he would. So the first revolution may lead to the second...

Wow, that's a lot of paranoid fantasies you have going there. Or just run of the mill fear and ignorance.

That is false.
The police actions that have both motivated and instigated the chaotic aspects of these protests have been in defiance of the edicts of the mayors and governors.
The agents provocateur that have plagued local governments's attempts to keep the peace have likewise been acting in defiance of these local governments, while apparently being protected by the police.
Trump, meanwhile, has been running his mouth in ignorance and insult - which has also contributed to the chaotic aspects of the street protests, albeit probably less than the actions of the police themselves.
The economy is a short-lived dip due to natural disaster, not an ongoing systemic recession.
It doesn't look like it's short-lived. Most plagues last two or three years at least, and their effects for decades, unless handled with dispatch and competence by government.

Meanwhile, ongoing recessions are what you get from dips that coincide with incompetent governance and systemic weakness. The US economy has been displaying built in systemic weakness since 1982 - it has collapsed three times by its own cause, without external cause, in the past thirty years or so. And it is still piling up debt - again one sees, for example, billboards advertising mortgages with no money down, a large fraction of student loans (ineradicable) secured by house equity, sharply rising prices in regions with no equivalent increase in wages, and other such indications we were supposed to have learned to take seriously last time.

Welcome back mang! Long time no see!

Maybe you can explain why the 2nd amendment, if not for paranoia?
reread the tweets in question and look at the first line:

..and save your great 2nd Amendment. It is under siege!

Pretty straight forward Trump playing with redneck paranoia ...and a call to arms..
I guess you will say that he didn't mean it?
