They were Frankenstein's Monster neck bolt prosthetics.
It took me over an hour to get those damned things on right.
the flash fucked them up, they looked much more realistic in person.
And I agree, that picture of Repo's dad is so cool. he looks like he should be hanging out with Jack Kerouac.
