I'm not sure, because it says nothing at all about partial (or even full) nudity and it certainly does not apply to any of the photographs above.

The third picture wouldn't even qualify as partial nudity - it shows no more than you would see on daytime TV.

Is there another rule that I missed?
Please fill me in and quote it.

First of all, there is only three photos.
Second, as I said, none of the photos would even qualify as partial nudity - a Victoria's Secret commercial shows more.
Third, they are most certainly NOT sexually explicit in nature.

They are specifically used by Norsefire because they are sexually explicit.

Just because that kid smokes...does not mean you have to.

Just because Victoria Secret shows more...does not mean it is appropriate here.

Like I stated the 3rd photo clearly exposes the right breast.
 
They are not obscene or sexually oriented - there is no sex depicted or even implied in these photos.
 
I don't find her sexually appealing at all, possibly because from this photo it looks like she'd just be a cold-hearted, vicious, shit-for-brains, elitist, pampered bitch. I think its the 'hungry eyes', they just looks so bitter to me.

though i am assuming, but i only reap what the media sows, and discard it.
