Yes, but that's the only picture I've seen of her that's mediocre looking. It's probably just a bad picture. The lighting is less than optimal. I'm sure if she turned her head slightly so the light hit it in a different way the picture would have come out way better. Unflattering pictures can make even the most beautiful women look like hell goblins.
