There are many truly holistically beautiful women, but you'll find very few of them on Rolling Stone, MTV or cocaine.

Of course, all the chikz around here are secretive about their pictures, so one must assume they're standard nerd chicks: pretty cute, pretty smart and mostly balanced.

Compared to Christina Aguilera? What an annoying whore she is - everyone in this society is compared to some kind of media image, unless you encounter someone with experience to know why thinking otherwise is a bonus.
 
holistic beauty.... ah, i wasn't thinking of that, though I do. That's much more than corporeal beauty, though subjectively inclusive...

but does that make physical beauty, even the media's and pop-culture's depictions of it, inherently wrong? over-emphacized, pehaps a little skewed, yes, but inherently wrong, I don't think so.

even the picture I posted I find a bit comical. nevertheless, I do think she is a physically beautiful woman, as are others who don't fit the very restricting mold Media like Sports Illustrated publicize. Does that amount to my being brain-washed by the media. I don't think so. It amounts to not letting myself white-wash my opinions and aspects of my taste to the "counter-culture" or the "pop-culture", if they can be called cultures at all.

I can't be emotionally attracted to a person who is not holistically beautiful in my eyes to some extent; I can be physically and superficially attracted to a woman who has a fantastic appearance, fully clothed or not. That doesn't make me a pig. It makes me a human being with a libido.
