well russia realy isn't going after ISIS there main targets are the anti assad rebels. only around 20% of there strikes are aimed at ISIS

Yeah at this point anyone who hasn't blocked the radio out with a tinfoil hat ought to know that, even in Mother Russia. It still doesn't add up to 300 successful strikes a day even if you include the casualties amongst other rebels, which also stand at well under 1000 as far as I've heard. Russia's bombs have however experienced far greater success in leveling hospitals that survived repeated regime attempts in the past.
