What is this shit, and why didn't the mods close it down, instead of taking the time to pander to shorty's attention seeking?

Why is this even a mod issue? Shouldn't this trash have been cesspooled before page a, or ignored? It's sort of embarrassing to see tiassa and bells strut around with their erect pseudo-dicks out, licking them like a couple fucking hyenas.
